My experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across educational, medical, and mental health settings has honed a warm, trauma- and systems-informed approach to psychotherapy, while reminding me to meet each client with humility, curiosity, and respect for their unique experience. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, gain insight, develop healthy coping and communication skills, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Outside of therapy, I am a mom of three (plus 1 pup), yoga and sound bath enthusiast, music lover, and nature lover.
