About Me
I have a passion for helping others build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence in themselves. I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective and strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can feel comfortable exploring their emotions and experiences without judgement. While I have experience working across the lifespan, I particularly enjoy supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate the challenges of growing up and finding their voice. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, identify exploration, or life transitions, my goal in therapy is to help you feel comfortable exploring your emotions and develop tools for lasting growth. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to heal and thrive.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud dog mom, passionate home cook, and baking enthusiast. I love exploring new flavors in the kitchen and am always on the hunt for great restaurant recommendations - feel free to share your favorites!
Above all, I believe that therapy should feel comfortable and empowering. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward greater insight, healing and growth!
